Spring Clean Ups!

-Save the Date for the annual Spring Thaw Out, on April 10th from 3:00-5:00 pm and April 11th from 9:00-11:00 am, where students can take part in a variety of volunteer opportunities in the Lewisburg area. Please visit here for more information!

-Lewisburg Neighborhoods Corporation needs volunteers for the River Town Team Spring Clean Up on Saturday, March 28, from 2 to 4pm at Kidsburg Playground in Hufnagle Park
This clean up will take advantage of the window of opportunity between when the snow melts and the plants start to leaf out. It will be the perfect time to extract litter that has lodged itself in the underbrush.
Participants will be provided with equipment and directions. Everyone should dress for the weather and the activity. Long pants and long sleeves will protect from thorns and rough underbrush. Sturdy shoes a plus.
For more information, contact Samantha Pearson at 570-523-0114 and elmstreet@dejazzd.com
